At least two Minety players (there may have been more but most participants were covered in mud from head to toe) completed the South Western “Tough Mudder” Challenge at Cirencester Park on Sunday 21st September.
Dave Cooke and a team of his university friends completed the “Full Mudder” Challenge, running 16 km and overcoming 23 fiendishly difficult, uncomfortable and challenging obstacles including: crawling under barbed wire; plunging into a skip full of ice; scaling 10 foot high wooden walls; falling backwards into muddy water; and running through a forest of live electric wires.
Harry Neal and his team completed a “Half Mudder”.
Funds from the event go directly to the Help for Heroes Charity. Well done guys!
