Stat Attack!


  1. This is our first Stat Attack! of the season and our second season of Stat Attacks!

  2. There have been no Stat Attacks! for 4 D&W1N matches in succession.

  3. Minety 1st XV have played 4 D&W1 matches this season, winning 3 and losing 1.

  4. Of the four matches only one has been played at home (2 if you include the 2nd XV match against Melksham)

  5. We currently have a 100% home record (both Minety teams are unbeaten at home)

  6. 1st XV are 4th in the table., 4 points behind the league leaders.

  7. 172 points have been scored thus far at an average of 43 per game.

  8. 81 points have been conceded thus far at an average of 20.25.

  9. The 1st XV’s highest score was 74 against Supermarine; the lowest was 27 against Sutton Benger.

  10. The 1st XV has used 28 different players over the 4 games (including bench players)

  11. 7 players have featured in all 4 games this season: Ton Claxton, Colin French, Mark Glew, Jack Howse, Ben Scott, Matt Stone and Kieran Tillotesen.

  12. Only four players have started all 4 games with the same number on their backs: Tom Claxton (2), Mark Glew (3), Ben Scott (4) and Jack Howse (13).

  13. The top points scorers this season are: Jack Ward (31), Ben Sellick (30), Garin Garland (26) and Jack Howse (30).

  14. The top try scorers are : Ben Sellick (6) and Jack Howse (5).

  15. Jack Howse has scored at least 1 try in each of the 4 league fixtures this season.

  16. 25 tries have been scored by the 1st XV this season, spread amongst 12 players.

  20. Only one player on the “naughty step” thus far: Matt Stone for his yellow card against Royal Wootten Bassett.
