Visitors to the Minety website are very important for a number of reasons, not least that it means that time spent hammering out all this nonsense is not entirely wasted (although the wife may take issue with that comment). At a time when we are actively seeking sponsorship and financial support for the club, site statistics can go a long way towards convincing a business or individual that we are worth backing.
As of this morning only two months have passed by, since we sarted recording stats in April 2016, when we have had under 1000 visits (July 2016 and July 2018). With a number of months recording in excess of 6,000 visitors, the site has been visited over 75,000 times in 2 years (that’s an awful lot of refresh button pressing Tom Claxton!). Our statistical guru, Benjamin Disraeli, is particularly impressed as he nears the end of his lenghty spell on the sideline sand prepares for a much anticipated return to action.
