We are still in need to volunteers to referee or help with out with our Schools’ TAG Festivals over the next 2 weeks
· Year 3/4 on Wednesday 7th October2015 @ 3.45 – 6.00pm
· Year 5/6 on Wednesday 14th October2015 @ 3.45 – 6.00pm
A total of 23 teams are entered in the events, that’s around 250 children who will experience rugby at Minety RFC in this World Cup Year.
We provide a trophy for the winning team on each night, a medal for each winning player and a certificate for all players.
It is a great recruiting opportunity for our mini’s teams!!
We need volunteers and helpers to help make each evening successful:
· We need at least 5 referees to cover the 4 pitches and allow an occasional rest! (approx. 7 mins, tag rugby, fun spirit) · People to set-up the 4 x small pitches · Help in the kitchen serving tea/coffee/biscuits and, especially, helping serve up a hot dog for each child at the end
