I heard yesterday that Danny Hall, who was the Sports Editor at the Wiltshire and Gloucestershire Standard, has left the newspaper. Danny has been a tremendous supporter of Minety RFC and has been a delight to work with over the last two and half seasons that I have been submitting press reports. He has chided me politley when my overexuberance meant that reports were longer than they should have been but has always taken copy and supported it with photographs where possible.
A club like Minety relies upon good newspaper coverage and we have had no less than excellent coverage in the Standard with Danny at the helm.
