Minety got their league season off to a flying start with home wins for both senior sides.
The 1st XV convincingly beat Calne 33-12 while the Dreamers thumped Swindon thirds 55-5.
A report on the second team game is now up on the website. (Details of the firsts’ victory will appear if and when someone can tell Nigel what happened!)
There should be a photo or two of the first team game in The Wilts & Gloucestershire Standard this week, too, so make sure you look out for that.
The Beer Festival was also a great success and there were some horrendous hang-overs to prove it.

The most important season for the rugby club is about to commence: the Skittles League!
Ten teams will battle it out for the next six months. Only one team will be crowned as Champions.
The 1st game for Minety RFC is on:
