A wet and muddy day saw no wins for either of Minety’s senior teams, despite some sterling work by the players in appalling conditions.
The firsts lost 12-18 at home to Corsham and there is a report on the game in the Match Reports section. Photos to be added soon.
The seconds lost 25-nil away against Combe Down seconds. No report on this one yet, but if anyone wants to let Nigel know what happened, he’ll be pleased to write it up.
Next Saturday, 10 April 2010, the firsts travel down to Sherborne, hopefully on a coach, while the seconds play at home against the Swindon College Old Boys 2nd XV. Kick-offs at 3 pm.
