Minety’s home D&W1N clash with in form Melksham has been postponed after all three Minety pitches failed inspections because of standing water. The recent spell of torrential rain has left all three pitches unplayable and so a decision was taken on Friday afternoon to postpone the fixture against Melksham.
As this is being written, the 2nd XV match in D&W3N at Royal Wootton Bassett is still going ahead, so if you want your fix of local rugby, it’s off to Ballard’s Ash on Saturday for a 2pm kick off.
