Minety 1st XV extended their winning run to 5 league and cup matches with a tight 15-14 win at Chippenham on Saturday. The result keeps Minety in second place in the table as they approach their last league match of the year next Saturday, when they entertain struggling Colerne at Minety Fields.

In Division 3 North Minety 2nds went down 10-22 to Chippenham III’s but results elsewhere meant that they retain 3rd place in the table behind runaway leaders Wootton Bassett and Chippenham.
