You must sign-up to the event via the website before Monday 19th April. Late comers will not be admitted.
Players will be allocated team colours and required to bring their own top.

Who is up for some very regulated fun?!
This event is for adults only, welcoming players and spectators.
As per Covid-19 Guidelines any persons experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, tested positive for Covid 19, been in contact with others who tested positive for Covid-19 or have been asked to self isolate should not attend this event.
The regulations for this social will be strictly enforced, any breach of the rules will result in immediate ejection from the social.
Touch Rugby between approximatley 2pm-3.30pm (FIT Touch Rugby Laws)
Social will continue under all current Covid-19 Guidelines until 6pm.
In accordance with Covid-19 laws, socialising will be limited by "the rule of 6", you will be allocated with a group, a coloured wrist band and a section. During this event, you are strictly not to mix outside of your group - any breach will result in immediate ejection. We will endevour to allocate groups as socially as we can.
Each member will be supplied with 4 drinks tokens, each group of six will nominate a waiter, they will be the only person to collect drinks. During the social (2pm-6pm) no additional alcohol will be able to be purchased. You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol.
During the touch rugby, all RFU guideance will be followed. Players are to bring all their own equipment, water and hand sanitiser. Players should not share kit, water etc. Changing / Showering facilities will not be available.
When not playing, players will adhere to the rule of six and not mix groups. Substitues are to remain socially distant from other substitues, again mixing for groups is not permitted.
