On Thursday 16th July, the under 16's forwards, members of the senior team and team coaches met with Alan Lowe, RFU Communicyt Coach for Wilts and Dorset, to undergo some serious forwards coaching.
Alan, who played rugby for Bath and Moseley and spent a year in NZ now spends his time working with teams and representative squads throughout the district.
